China attracts fans of all mystical, because there are lots of interesting places, shrouded in mystery and associated with the strange, not scientifically explainable phenomena. We offer you an overview of the most beautiful and mysterious sights of China that are not included in a standard “set” sightseeing and shopping tours.
Haiju valley in Sichuan province is the place extremely picturesque, and no less dangerous. It regularly missing people without a trace, often in droves. Scientists are trying to explain these disappearances lethal fumes from the rotting trees or strong geomagnetic radiation, and ufologists put forward the version about presence of entrance into parallel worlds. While clearly only one thing: from time to time sudden fog mist this Chinese “valley of death” and subirats unfortunate victims.
Another natural anomaly – Five flower lake in Jiuzhaigou valley. However, here no one is disappearing, but scientists are still struggling to unravel a number of mysteries of the lake: why the water changes colors periodically; why is it so amazingly clear (visibility up to 40 meters!); why the lake does not dry out in summer and freeze in the winter as other surrounding lakes. In China there is another pond, a much more frightening with its mysteries – the lake of Poan. It is the largest freshwater lake of the country, which is a local Bermuda triangle. Only in the second half of the twentieth century, according to official reports, sank hundreds of boats and disappeared more than a thousand people. Strange winds, sudden storms, the machinations of the spirits of water – a mysterious shipwreck trying to explain to local residents, and scientists, but definitive reasons for these tragic accidents has not been named.
